Our story
We started from nothing, with one principle.
The Kretan is a coffee workshop in Kyperounta, in the heart of Troodos. It was created by Manolis (from Crete) and Paraskevi (from Kyperounta).
One principle keeps us standing: we always tell the truth. We don't convince with words; we let the coffee and the sweet speak. Everything else follows from that — quality, respect, and care for what we make.
The Panic Sweets workshop lives in the same space. Whatever is made there is made by hand and with time.
